Terms and Conditions

 

General Policies, Terms and Conditions

Included policies: Guarantee payment terms, credit, shipping, taxes, returns, pricing and privacy. 

 

Product Guarantee: Targe Innovations believes in its products and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the manufacturing of all of the product we manufacture.  With the exception of custom orders and misuse, all products can be returned for a credit.  Some products are however, subject to a re-stocking fee.  See below for additional information regarding returns.

 

Payments and Credit Terms: 

WE ACCEPT CHEQUES, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND WIRE TRANSFER 

Orders being shipped to a verifiable, association or educational address can be invoiced upon approved credit.  First orders may be subject to credit card or COD payment.

For all accounts with credit terms, Targe Innovations requires a Retailer, Wholesale or Distributor agreement on file. 

 

Credit Terms

If you would like to apply for credit with Targe Innovations, please contact our accounting department at accounting@targe.ca

 

·         Payments are to be made on individual invoices; additional statements will not be mailed unless additional interest is being applied for late payment.

·         At 31 days 2% interest will be added to your account and must be paid.

·         At 45 days a hold is put on all future and pending orders.

·         At 60 days an additional 2% interest will be added to your account and a FINAL PAYMENT request will be sent.

·         At 90 days an additional 2% interest will be added to your account.  Should your credit card be declined, the account will then be turned over for collections.  In addition, all agency fees related to collections for your delinquent account will have to be paid (around 30% of the outstanding amount).

·         If your account passes 90 days, the second occurrence of delayed payment will result in your credit card being charged at 35 days.  If there are any subsequent invoices that go beyond 90 days your account will be placed on permanent COD status.

·         Cheque payments with NSF status will have an additional charge of $42.50 applied to your account.

 

Credit terms of Net 60 days may be extended outside under special circumstances.  Late payment at 61 days will be assessed a 3% interest fee and an additional 2% at 90 days

 

Shipping

At Targe we believe in offering you the lowest price on all items without embedding shipping amounts within the price.  Our shipping prices are based on the total weight or dimensional weight of your package and the postal code/zip code of the final destination.  A minimum shipping charge of $7.35 CDN will apply to all orders.

We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except holidays).  All in-stock products will be shipped on the next shipping day and most orders in major North American cities will be received in 3-5 business days after it is shipped.  If you would like your order expedited, please advise your Sales Representative or Customer Service Agent.

If your product is not in stock or requires personalization, a Customer Services Representative will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

For our Ottawa and Kemptville customers, pick up is available at our Kemptville location.  Please call in advance to set up an appointment. 613-258-4888


Taxes

All Canadian destination orders are subject to G.S.T. or H.S.T. where applicable. 

 

Returns

If you have ordered the wrong product or are not satisfied for any reason, the product may be returned at your shipping expense within 30 days for a credit.  All product returned must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.    All returns require authorization and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Please e-mail us to obtain a return authorization and to ensure your credit is properly applied to your account.  With the return of your order please remember to include a copy of your invoice or a note containing your name, company name and contact information including address, telephone and e-mail.  Please also include the reason for your return. 

 

Return Exceptions

·         Any garments or products worn, washed or used in game or practice conditions cannot be returned.

·         Custom design orders (please see our custom order policies for details)

·         Printed or embroidered items

·         Product that has been misused.

·         Any opened or used product.

·         Any request beyond 30 days of receipt unless otherwise approved.

If your product is defective, please call 613-258-4888 before returning your product.
